To better serve and assist residents regarding concerns about the 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19), the Florida Department of Health has established a Call Center to answer general questions residents and visitors may have.
The Florida Department of Health's dedicated COVID-19 Call Center is 1-866-779-6121. The Call Center is available 24/7. Questions can also be sent via email to COVID-19@flhealth.gov.

The Osceola County Citizen Information Center hotline is active for residents that have specific questions or need to speak with an Osceola County representative about local agencies or resources during the COVID-19 crisis. This service is available at 407-742-0000, and is open from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) is a trusted source for knowledge about high-quality, evidence-based social and emotional learning (SEL) for parents, educators, and anyone who works with children. This site provides resources on addressing social emotional needs of children related to COVID-19.
